How The Trick is Done

Start by telling the spectator that by years of studying yoga and the mystic arts, you are able to use your mind to control your body. Ask him to feel your pulse with one hand and then hold up his other hand when he has found your pulse. Tell him to keep holding his hand up when he can feel your pulse and then lower it when he can no longer feel it.
