f) Bikram: The bikram method is practiced in rooms with raised temperatures (around 105 degrees farenheit), and certain specific humidity levels (approximately 40%). Aimed at loosening the body muscles and keeping them flexible, the bikram yoga comprises of 26 asanas (poses), which are to be practiced in correct sequence.
