The Language of Yoga and MLM Success

Each Yoga posture has a language around it that speaks to what we should be reflecting on in the pose.  By reflecting while doing the physical activity of a particular Yoga posture we become more in tuned to our current state, and how we can get closer to a more positive one.  Reflection is a key element to our growth and development.  When we grow as people we are also more likely to achieve success in all parts of our lives, and MLM success is included in this.

Yoga Postures to Change Your Mindset

Mountain Pose:

This pose is done by standing straight and distributing weight equally on each side of the body.  A mountain for us can symbolize obstacles, preventing vision or perspective, and emotions like fear can run very deep.  Relating this to MLM, we have many fears like do we have what it takes, how will we handle objections, and will we have MLM success. 

In this posture we must be the mountain.  We must feel bigger than ourselves.  We must feel the strength in the Mountain.  Who is not inspired by the view of a mountain.  We must be the leaders and the inspiration for those on our team, and help them achieve MLM success.  We will achieve our success through this as well.

Warrior:

In this posture our front leg is bent at a 90 degree angle, with our back leg outstretched and our back foot at a 45 degree angle.  Our hands spread out over our front leg and our back leg, as we gaze over the tips of the fingers.  Like a warrior, we are strong in this posture, taking in strength from our feet, and bringing that strength to our minds so we may overcome anything. 

We must use this same strength to get the MLM success we desire in our businesses.  Yes we will be faced with objections, and we must stand strong, knowing that we have the tools we need to handle them.  Not everyone will like MLM, and we must understand that it's ok, and stick to our guns and continue on in building our business.  If we let our fears take over, we will quit and let MLM success pass us by.
