This is a spiritual way to calm the body through meditation.
The third way to cool down the body is doing stretching exercises. This does not involve the lifting of weights. You need to stretch your limbs so that they can relax. It proves to be very advantageous for your back, knees and calf muscles. A lot of professional body builders do this exercise after rigorous personal training sessions.
