Is Shoulder Pain a Shoulder Injury? Discover a Real Rotator Pain Relief Program

"Who cares, you have a pain in your shoulder?"

...Until it lasts for a few days and realize it's a bigger problem then you thought. You see right now all you know is it's shoulder pain, but in reality if you're still having this pain it's categorized as a "rotator cuff injury". A rotator found in the joints of the shoulder will always have some tear but very commonly, can become a real problem. The best way to end this pain is a professional rotator cuff training program!

I went through a training program because of the size of my tear, but despite the size of the tear you still need to address it or... Spend a lifetime suffering. It doesn't matter if you exert very little energy with your shoulder. Because a rotator cuff injury can be and will always be a problem until you address it.

A Training Program: Consists of a balanced attack. Administering just enough exercise, stretches, and other methods. Here are just a few methods....

Ice

Surgery (May be recommended)

Heat (The warm bathe is always my favorite)

Strength Training

Stretching

Shoulder wraps

Diet (Most therapists use diets high in protein because the importance arginine has on repair)

The training program is done with the help of physical therapists. This can easily be executed yourself with the right guidance. Educate yourself on rotator strengthening, yoga, and hot compresses.

Add lean meats, dark green vegetables, and zinc to you diet to improve blood flow! Get your rest (6-8 hours daily despite any prior engagements). Sleep will tie it all together!
