Strength training
Although it is important to build up your fitness endurance it is just as important to improve the strength in your body. Strength training focuses on building and toning the muscles in your body. It is important to know that the muscles support the bodies bone structure. It also helps us it to maintain a healthy posture. There are many ways that you can do strength training. The training can be done at home or in a gym. You can build strength with or without using any equipment. Without equipment you can build strength into your body by doing press-ups, squats and sit -ups. You can use weights as well to strengthen your upper and lower body.
Flexibility training
This type of training enables our muscles and limbs to move and function with comfort and efficiency. This type if training also helps to improve our mobility by focusing on stretching our limbs and joints. There are many exercises that we can use with the most popular and well known being yoga.
